CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Paulson Development with over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry. Matt began his career in telecommunications as a Service Installer with TCM High Speed Communications, which eventually led to his career with ROHL Global Networks. Starting in an entry level position, Matt quickly moved into Directional Drilling, Lead Hand, Supervisor and ultimately a Superintendent position. Matt’s passion for his work, combined with his entrepreneurial enthusiasm and dedication to excellence, has made him a true leader in his field. With his extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, Matt founded Paulson Development, focused on providing high-quality underground construction services to telecommunications companies in Alberta.

CHIEF administrative OFFICER
Chief Administrative Officer of Paulson Development with a diverse background in Fine Arts, Marketing and Communications, and Administration. Paige’s journey began in the creative world, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts. Shortly after post-secondary, she quickly learned that her passion for art combined with her administrative experience could be leveraged in a marketing and communications career. The role of Chief Administrative Officer at Paulson Development lined up perfectly with Paige’s talent for organization, strategic planning, creative problem solving and team management.
JESSE LENTON
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Chief Operating Officer of Paulson Development with over 16 years in the oil and gas industry. He spent the majority of his career in the industry as crew supervisor and rig manager, where he excelled in leadership and delivering projects on time. Jesse’s ability to bring people together and strategically manage his teams for peak performance is a skillset that Paulson Development is excited to have.

CHIEF financial OFFICER
Chief Financial Officer of Paulson Development with a public practice background where she focused on small business and agricultural operations. With an Agricultural Business Diploma and Bachelor of Commerce Degree in hand, Lindsay articled at MNP where she earned her CPA designation. Lindsay’s meticulous attention to detail, ability to look beyond the numbers and keenness for financial planning makes her the ideal CFO for Paulson Development.
